Workshops (WS) will be major scientific events, opening CROSS-TALK research to other related scientific fields and emerging research questions. These WSs are built around scientific lectures, poster sessions and young researchers oral sessions To guarantee high level and updated training, internationally recognised scientists will be invited to present their recent results.

  • WS1 will anchor the CROSS-TALK research programme in a common scientific background.
  • WS2 Lessons from host-pathogens interactions.
  • WS3 Human metagenomic host-microbiota cross-talk (connection with METAHIT FP7 collaborative)
  • WS4 Host-microbes cross-talk: from animal models to human patients.
